This extension is built to be private by default.

What we collect

Nothing leaves your device by default. The extension stores the following only on your device (via the browser's local storage):

• Your location (from the browser's geolocation API or entered manually) — used to compute prayer times locally.
• Your preferences (language, notification settings, calculation settings).
• A cached copy of the official KHGT calendar and your computed prayer times.

What we send

• By default: nothing. No data is transmitted; no analytics; no tracking; no accounts.
• Only if you opt in to validation/sync: the extension makes a read-only request to the official source (https://khgt.muhammadiyah.or.id) to validate prayer times and refresh the calendar. This requires granting an optional host permission, requested only at that point. You can leave sync off and use every feature fully offline.

New Tab page

The extension replaces the browser's New Tab page with the KHGT dashboard (you can switch it to a minimal search box in Settings). The search box submits your typed query or URL directly through your browser's normal navigation — the extension adds no tracking, stores no search history, and sends nothing to us.

Third parties

None. There are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Data retention & deletion

All data lives in your browser's local storage. Computed prayer times are evicted after ~7 days. Removing the extension deletes all of its stored data.
